professional and friendly organisation.The apartement was for me and my
dautgher perfect for our visit in paris. It's a charming and clean little flat
with all practical and comfortable things inside, which you can use. If you are
for holiday in paris, in such a interesting and fascinating city, you spend not
one minute more then its absolut necessary inside your room. Its true?
More facts: 50 m from the apartement is a supermarket and
on the next corner is the metro station. For example: in ten minutes you are at
the "Ile de la cite", the heart of paris. The apartement is inside a
second building, so you have no noise from the street. It was my sixth visit in
paris and i know the high hotel prices, its a perfect alternative.

Madame Rasquier durant 2 semaines en Novembre 2010. Il m'a totalement
satisfaite tant au niveau du confort, de la propreté, de la praticité de
sa situation (près de 2 stations de métro = Colonel Fabien ou Jaurès) - J'ai
apprécié la gratuité du téléphone pour la France et nombreux autres pays
d'Europe et du monde. L'appartement est très calme, clair, d'une dimension très
suffisante pour 1 séjour longue durée, très bien agencé, il a répondu
à mes attentes. J'y retournerai volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour
parisien.

Rasquier's apartment for 2 weeks in November 2010. I was totally
satisfied by the comfort, the cleanlyness, the ease of the location (2
metro stations nearby : Colonel Fabien or Jaurès). I appreciated the
free phone calls for France and many countries. The apartment is very
quiet, clear and of sufficient size for a long stay. With all the
comodities, it matched my requierements. I will probably stay there
again when I go back to Paris.

Le studio nous a convenu tout à fait, même si à
l'arrivée nous avons dû régler quelques retards dans la mise à disposition (le
linge). Ceci-dit, nous avons apprécié: - le calme du lieu; - la situation
idéale vis à vis des transports en commun et des petits commerces, ce qui
donnait une parfaite autonomie de notre quotidien. A deux, ce studio est tout à
fait satisfaisant!

even though we had to wait a little for the availability of the linen
when we arrived. We appreciated: -the quiet; -the ideal location
regarding public transports and shops, wich was perfect for our

appartement ainsi que de sa situation dans l'immeuble et sa facilité d'accès
(bus, métro, taxi).
Pour moi qui ai le sommeil léger, mon seul regret
concerne les bruits de pas ou craquements de plancher audibles des escaliers et
des voisins supérieurs.
De nature assez exigeante, je recommande cette adresse
car c'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ce que je n'ai pas hésité à faire
auprès de certains amis pour un passage éventuel sur Paris.

My family and me spent a beautiful week in Paris.
The apartment is
equipped with all the things we might need during the stay and makes you feel
as comfortable as at your own home.
It's a charming studio perfect for a
couple (we were three, with our little baby of 14 months!)
in a good position
near three metro stations, one of them at about 50 metres away.
It's quite
easy then to visit the city using this mean of transportation.
It is located
in a calm and multi-etnic district, with many restaurants of every nationality,
high variety of stores for any needs.
The beautiful parc of Buttes Chaumont
can be reached after a few minutes walking!
Moreover it's not far away from
the Gare du Nord (train station) in case you might need to move from/to one of
the airports (in our case it was Paris Beauvais).
The owner is very kind
and correct!
So i will surely recommned this place and, indeed, is place
to come back to!

The apartment is in a very charming and attractive
building, and has been renovated with taste, and with all the necessary
modern conveniences, a very pleasant place to return to at the end of a long
day. Within easy walking distance of most attractions, and right on the
Metro for those attractions a little further away. We really loved the
neighbourhood, which retains the Parisian character we hoped to discover.
The local shopkeepers were very welcoming and friendly, and we felt at home
right away! We particularly enjoyed the Canal Saint Martin area.
Maud is an excellent hostess. She welcomed us to the apartment, explained
how everything worked, gave us her phone number "just in case", and then
left us alone to explore her city. And on top of everything, Maud speaks
excellent English. Considering how poorly we speak French, that was a huge
plus! We couldn't have had a better parisian experience, and recommend it without
reservation!

The apartment was lovely and it was very
convenient to transportation and the gorgeous parc des
buttes chaumont. It was nice to have books and maps in the
apartment, and the landlady (Maud) is very nice,
understanding, and flexible. It was great to have the
washing machine there, also.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Maud's apartment in the middle of May
2005. It was quite convenient (and romantic!) and it provided a great
opportunity to mix with the locals at the coffee shops close by. If
you don't mind walking, it's about a 45 minute walk to the Louvre (and
many other things downtown), and public transportation is right around
the corner. Everything we needed was supplied for us, and we hope to

Thanks to the convenience of the apartment we have spent a beautiful week in
Paris. 50 meters away from the metro station, it is found in a calm and multi-etnic
district, restaurants of every nationality two footsteps away and very close
to many food stores.
The apartment is equiped with all the conveniences as described in the site,
simply fantastic! There is also the dvd player, the stereo and the washer-drier.
Our Asia has only 11 months and in her first trip abroad she has not found any
difficulties to suit herself for the new house.

This place is amazing. My friend and I went on an European excursion this last
summer and this was definitely our favorite stay. It cost us about the same as
it would have to stay in hostels, but here we had everything. Our own kitchen,
a washer-dryer, and nice comfy beds with towels and linens. Maud is such a nice
woman too. She even gave us a free week-long metro pass that a previous renter
had left behind. Two thumbs enthusiastically raised. If I ever get the chance
to cross the Atlantic again, I would definitely stay here again.

Maud's charming apartment was perfectly delightful. I stayed there on a
visit to Paris in July with my best friend.
The location was incredibly convenient. Less than a two minute walk to
the metro station made getting everywhere we wanted to go very easy.
The other great thing about the location is the convenience store
literally downstairs - milk, wine, bread and cheese at nearly any hour
- and even better was the telephone there. We were able to stay in
touch with our families very affordably.
The kitchen and bathroom have everything you really need, and the bed
was very comfortable. It was not at all crowded for two friends to stay.
I highly recommend this apartment, and plan to stay there any time I visit Paris.
