1. How to book?
First check availability and send a booking request with the Booking
form.
If the requested period is available, a 50% deposit will be required to
secure your booking. The booking deposit can be paid either
in credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Bank)
with Paypal (please add 4.1% Paypal fees), by bank transfer, or a
french check.
2. The Contract
Following any booking confirmation, a contract established in your name
and identifying the dates of your stay will be forwarded to you by
e-mail. This contract must be returned by mail (or scanned by email) with your
signature. Print and keep this contract with you, as it contains all the important informations for your rental.
3. Balance of payment
The rest of the rent must be paid a minimum of 30 days before your
arrival with PayPal, a bank transfer or frech check. Following your
payment, you will receive the apartment's keys.
3. Your Stay
The apartment is available from day one at 3pm and must be vacant on the last
day of the contract at 11am, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In between 11am and 3pm you can leave your luggages inside the apartment.
For your comfort, this is a non smoker apartment.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €400 is required.
The security deposit should be paid a minimum
of 30 days before your arrival with PayPal, a bank transfer or a frech check.
It will be refunded in full as of reception of the keys,
if upon checking out nothing is reported damaged or lost.
5. Cancellation policy
In the case of cancellation more than 60 days before the beginning
of the stay, the rent, minus 10% to cover cancellation expenses,
will be returned to the
tenant. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning
of the stay, 50% of the rent will be returned to the tenant.
For cancellation
later than this date, no refund is possible.
