Situation:
In the heart of Paris, between the beautiful "Parc des Buttes Chaumont" and the very romantic "Canal Saint-Martin", you will appreciate the quiet and very parisian atmosphere of this neighbourhood.
The building is 142 boulevard de la Villette, just steps away from the metro station "Colonel Fabien" (line #2) direct to the Champs Elysées, the Moulin Rouge, the Bastille, Place de la République...
It is a very safe and convenient place with a food store just downstairs.

The Apartement:
It is a lovely studio of 25 m2 (300 ft2) in a typical parisian building of the beginning of the 20th century with a digicode and an interphone.
It consists of a hallway with dressing, a private bathroom, a separated kitchen and a main room divided in 2 areas: the bedroom corner and the living room corner.
Situated on the 2d floor, it overlooks a very quiet courtyard.

The Amenities:

The apartment is fully furnished to accommodate 2 to 3 persons.
All the linen is provided: sheets, duvets and pillows for double, towels and dishtowels.

The bedroom corner is roomy with a double bed (queen size), 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a radio-CD player, a television with 100 national and international channels, a telephone (free national calls) and high speed Wifi internet access.
The living room corner is clear and comfortable. You will find 2 armchairs, a floor lamp, a dining table with 3 chairs, a bookcase with travel guides, books in english and french and a selection of international magazines. It is very quiet and well insulated, thanks to the double-glazing windows.
The kitchen consists of a fridge with freezer, two hot plates, a microwave-grill oven and a coffee maker. All the dishes are provided as well as the minimum cooking set (salt, peper, oil, tea, sugar, coffee filters).
The bathroom has a shower with a thermostatic tap so that your shower will always be at an ideal temperature, and a glass door. There is a toilet, a sink, two closets, a towel heater and a hair-dryer.

There is also a single rollaway bed for the third guest, a washing-drying machine, an iron and ironing board, and all cleaning products.
For your comfort, this apartment has electric heating and is non smoker.
